As a member of the Performance Centre you are committed to play in a number of tournaments. The ethos of Performance Centres is COMPETITION.
Competition is a barometer for player’s performance. It helps the Coaching Team assess a player’s needs.
Players will also be expected to self evaluate their performance – technically, tactically, physically & mentally. Forms can be downloaded from the Teesside PC website.
The schedules set out below are more generic than player specific, but are considered to be the minimum requirement. Players and Parents should discuss individual needs if they are outside the schedules set for the player’s Squad & Grade.
The “Optional” Tournaments are recommended that you enter.
The majority of tournaments specified are for the players’ own age group, except where specified.
